Roni came to real estate after many years in the financial services industry, where he developed strong client-relationship skills and helped many families and businesses reach their financial goals.
That background shows in how he works. Conversations start with budget, qualification and risk. Offers are explained line by line. Nobody is rushed.
His business is built on four words: dedication, communication, determination and trust, while adapting to each client’s needs. He recognises that his clients come before everything else, and he stays committed to their interests and their decisions.
A long-time Calgarian
Roni has lived in Calgary for a long time and knows the city and its surrounding areas well, from the lake communities of the southeast to the acreages north of the city. Whether clients are looking for their first home, upgrading, investing, downsizing, or simply curious about the local market, he works actively with them to find the right property, so they can finally build priceless memories with family and friends.
Heritage and languages
Roni is Jewish and speaks Russian and Ukrainian as well as English. For many of his clients that is the difference between following a conversation and leading it: understanding a condition in an offer, a clause in a condominium document, or a lender’s question, in the language you think in.
It is also why this site has three editions. Use the EN / RU / עב switch at the top of any page. The Hebrew edition exists for Calgary’s Israeli and Hebrew-reading families; Roni’s working languages for meetings and documents are English, Russian and Ukrainian.
